CORKSCREW CHICKEN CAESER SALAD

This is a recipe that my family and have been making for quite sometime now and believe it or not it's off of a pasta box! This dish puts a new spin on pasta and salad alike, but is still light enough to be eaten as lunch and heavy enough for dinner. It also takes about a half an hour to cook, so it's great for those busy weeknights with the kids going here and there or just a quick lunch and there will be plenty of leftovers for later!

Twice Baked Potatoes

My good friend, Felicia, asked me to teach her how to make twice baked potatoes. It was such a fun dish, that I decided to turn it into a blog. The process is so simple that you really don't even need a specific recipe. Think of this blog as a step by step guideline rather than an exact measurement of ingredients. I like to switch up the ingredients often and try different combinations of flavors. This time around, we're making twice baked potatoes with onion, broccoli, bacon, and parmesan.
